Matt Lock (Swansea, USA)
Matt Lock (1984) latest body of work, and first zine with Nieves, brings in all types of heavy metal, early heavy metal culture, lower class America, apathy, space rock, urban ruin, decay, science fiction and high school level humor, in a very obsessive and somehow macabre way. Hey I'm Tryin' is Matt Lock’s very personal attitude to life, getting obsessed with so many different things and giving everything you do your best shot.
He will be part of a group show in Athens this November, organised by Dynasty Zine, Latest collaboration include works for kaugammi magazine, cafe royal, sold magazine and neomu.
